Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns Window
Eligible items may be returned within 28 days of delivery in accordance with UK
Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in original condition with all
hang tags and hygiene seals intact. Once tags or hygiene seals are removed, the item
becomes non-refundable unless faulty.
Non-Returnable Items
Worn, washed, altered items; items with removed tags; sale items (unless faulty); and
items returned outside the return window.
Faulty Items
Faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery with supporting
images. Confirmed faults qualify for refund, replacement, or repair under statutory
rights.
International Orders Policy
International Returns
International customers may return eligible items within 28 days of delivery. Items must
meet the same eligibility criteria as UK returns.
Duties & Taxes
Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are the responsibility of the customer
and are non-refundable.
Shipping Costs
International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item
is faulty.
Delivery Delays
AMĖL is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or international carriers.
