Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in original condition with all

hang tags and hygiene seals intact. Once tags or hygiene seals are removed, the item

becomes non-refundable unless faulty.

Non-Returnable Items

Worn, washed, altered items; items with removed tags; sale items (unless faulty); and

items returned outside the return window.

Faulty Items

Faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery with supporting

images. Confirmed faults qualify for refund, replacement, or repair under statutory

rights.
