Changed your mind? No stress. We’ve made returns and refunds simple, smooth, and hassle-free so you can shop your favourite outfits with confidence.

If you would like to return an item, please make sure to:

In general:

  • Return your item in the original packaging.
  • Submit your return within 30 days after receiving your package.
  • Only return the wrong or faulty item if our customer care team asks you to.
  • Do not remove any labels, tags, or hygiene seals.
  • Return your items in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, and unwashed.

Good to know:

  • Underwear or intimate items must have the hygiene strip attached to pass the quality check.
  • Socks can only be returned if they are still in their original packaging.
  • Damaged, worn, washed, altered, or dirty clothing will not be refunded.

How do I return an item?

Having to return something can be annoying — we totally get that. To make it as easy as possible for you, simply press Start your return now and follow the instructions to finalize your return.

Apply for Return

In order to avoid any delays with your return, please follow the easy steps below:

  1. Enter your order number and the email or phone number used at checkout.
  2. Select the item you would like to return.
  3. Choose the return reason and follow the return instructions shown in the return center.
  4. Attach the prepaid shipping label outside the parcel if one is provided.
  5. Keep your return postage receipt and tracking number until your return has been processed.

Refund

Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 5–7 business days for it to be processed and a further 4–6 business days for your refund to be issued to the original payment method.

If you choose to receive a refund, return shipping costs may apply. Any applicable return fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
